Rising Medical Solutions Selects AutoPilot and Positive Pay Modules
March, 2009
Integral parts of any corporation’s agenda today are streamlining processing and reducing risks. Rising Medical Solutions has selected Prelude’s automated processing module AutoPilot® and its Positive Pay module to handle these concerns. AutoPilot enables straight through processing of payments based on Rising Medical’s business rule requirements. The Positive Pay module was added at the same time to increase payment security. PayPilot sends files of issued checks to the bank. Items that are presented for payment are matched against the list of issued checks and any discrepancies are flagged. The flagged items are handled as exceptions and any unauthorized items will not be paid.

ARI Insurance Uses Prelude’s OFAC Module for Compliance
February, 2009
Legacy and/or siloed payment infrastructure often cause difficulty staying compliant with regulatory issues. ARI Insurance took advantage of the simple-to-add OFAC module from Prelude Software to comply with federally mandated Patriot Act. The Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) maintains a list of Specially Designated Nationals, Blocked Persons and Contracts. PayPilot’s OFAC module compares a company’s payee list with the OFAC master list to ensure that no payments are made to suspected terrorists.
